The Jeep Doctor has been family-run since the 1980s — and the philosophy hasn't changed: honest work, fair prices, and never telling a customer to spend money they don't need to.

This is a family operation — the owner, his wife, and their daughter run the shop together. Customers don't just come back because the work is good. They come back because they feel like part of the family. Many have been regulars for decades.

We run a labour rate of $129/hr — significantly below most independents (~$160) and dealers (~$179). We also partner with many dealerships across the region, handling pre-delivery Jeep modifications that can be financed directly into the purchase price.

How far out are you booked?

We typically run 3–4 weeks out year-round (with a brief dip around the holidays). We recommend calling ahead to get on the schedule — especially before spring off-road season.

Do you work on vehicles other than Jeeps?

Our primary focus is Jeeps, but we also service trucks, SUVs, and vans for existing Jeep customers. Call us to discuss your situation.

What is your labour rate?

Our labour rate is $129/hr — significantly below most independent shops (~$160) and dealerships (~$179). We believe in honest, transparent pricing.

Do you do seasonal tire changeovers?

Yes — tire changeovers (summer/winter, studs, all-seasons) are one of our highest-volume services. We carry Goodyear, Falken, and Toyo. Call to book your spot early each season.

Can you do engine swaps (LS swap / HEMI)?

Yes. Engine conversions including LS swaps and HEMI conversions are a standout capability — one of very few shops in Manitoba that can perform this work to a professional standard.

Do you offer pre-purchase inspections?

Absolutely. We recommend a pre-purchase inspection on any used Jeep before you buy. We'll give you an honest, detailed assessment — not an upsell sheet.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. For large custom build jobs, most customers arrange financing through their own bank. Bank drafts are also accepted.

Do you handle Jeep modifications for dealership purchases?

Yes — we partner with many dealerships across the area. Many customers have their new Jeep modified by us before or after delivery, with the cost often financed into the purchase price.
